How fast can you deliver a reefer trailer in North Las Vegas?

Is it a refrigerator or a freezer?
Both, in one unit. Every KryoFridge trailer switches between refrigerator and freezer on a single digital control, holding anywhere from 0 to 50 degrees F. That means one trailer covers frozen protein this week and chilled produce next week without swapping equipment. You set the temperature for whatever you are storing.
How do you power the trailer at a warehouse or an event?
Two ways only. Either a standard 120V, 20-amp dedicated circuit within 100 feet of the trailer, or a generator that we provide. It does not need 208 or 240 volts. On an industrial yard without a spare circuit, or an outdoor event with no shore power, we bring the generator and handle it.
Do you serve the Apex Industrial Park and the far north end?
Yes, and we treat it the same as any other job. A lot of vendors drag their feet on the warehouses out past the Speedway. We run the whole valley on our own trucks and trailers, so Apex, the 215 corridor, and Tropical Parkway get the same same-day answer as the core.
What sizes do the trailers come in?
We run 6x8, 6x12, and 6x16 units, so you can match the trailer to the load. A single restaurant walk-in emergency might take the smaller unit, while a distribution overflow or a large event usually calls for the 6x16 or more than one trailer. We will help you size it on the call.
Can the trailer handle a Las Vegas summer?
That is exactly what it is built for. The 4-inch insulated single-shell fiberglass shell and the digital thermostat hold your setpoint through 105 to 115 degree afternoons and the surface heat of a warehouse lot. Can a forklift load it?
Yes. Every trailer has a 54-inch pallet door and a keg-duty floor, so a forklift can load palletized freight straight off your dock or yard. That is why distribution centers and grocers lean on them for real volume, not just a few hand-carried trays.
What happens if the power goes out during a monsoon storm?
If your trailer is on a generator we provide, a grid outage does not touch it. If it is on shore power and you lose the grid, call our 24/7 line and we can get a generator to you. Summer outages are common enough here that we plan for them, which is why so many operators keep us on standby heading into peak season.
Do you provide temperature logs or monitoring?
We give you full digital setpoint control on the unit itself, but we do not sell a temperature-monitoring, logging, or alarm service. If your operation needs recorded logs, that runs on your own systems. What we guarantee is a trailer that holds its setpoint and a dispatch team that answers around the clock.
Are the trailers NSF approved and food-safe?
Yes. The trailers are NSF approved and built for food storage, and they hold the cold-holding temperatures the Southern Nevada Health District requires, at or below 41 degrees F for refrigerated product and solid for frozen. They meet code as cleanly as a built-in cooler.
Can I rent for an event as well as an emergency?
Absolutely. We do plenty of both. A restaurant walk-in failure is an emergency; a Speedway weekend, a Craig Ranch festival, or an Aliante banquet is a planned event. For events, book ahead so we can position the trailer for load-in. For emergencies, just call and we move.

The warehouses lining I-15, the buildings in the Golden Triangle and Speedway commerce parks, and the sprawling Apex Industrial Park out toward US-93 move a huge share of the region's food and consumer goods. The most expensive square footage in any of those buildings is the refrigerated and frozen space, and it is almost always the first capacity to run short.
Overflow shows up in two flavors. The first is planned. A third-party logistics operator wins a new grocery or restaurant account and needs weeks of extra freezer room while it fits out a permanent box. A seasonal program, a holiday build, or a promotional push loads more cold pallets than the existing rooms hold. The second flavor is the emergency: a chiller fails, a container lands early, or a dock door count that was fine last quarter is suddenly two short during peak.

Powering a reefer trailer at an Apex or industrial-yard site
The single most common question we get from North Las Vegas warehouse and event operators is about power, and the answer is simpler than most people expect. A KryoFridge trailer runs one of exactly two ways. Either it plugs into a standard 120V, 20-amp dedicated circuit within 100 feet of the trailer, or it runs off a generator that we provide. That is the whole list.
Notice the word dedicated. The circuit has to be its own, not shared with a bank of dock lights or a battery charger that will trip the breaker the moment the compressor kicks in. And it has to be a 120-volt, 20-amp circuit. We sometimes hear people ask about a 208 or 240-volt hookup; that is not what these trailers use, so do not go rewiring anything on that assumption.
